Our Founder, Ranya Metwalli Shields is a Certified Energy Manager and a United States Green Building Council Faculty Member with over 25 years of experience in energy managament and sustainability. Ranya holds a number of professional accreditations in Green Building Design ( LEED and WELL Accredited Professional amongst others ).
